1. Appointments and Bookings

All bookings made online, by phone, or in person are subject to staff and slot availability.
Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled time at Avenue Hotel Lobby, Al Rigga Road, Dubai.
Late arrivals may lead to shortened treatment durations to avoid delaying subsequent clients.

2. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We require at least 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests.
Frequent no-shows or last-minute cancellations may require prepayment for future bookings.

3. Pricing and Payments

All prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Promotional packages and discounts cannot be combined with other ongoing offers.
Prices are subject to revision without prior individual notice.

4. Health and Safety Disclosures

Clients must notify technicians of any allergies, skin conditions, medical issues, or pregnancies before receiving hair, facial, or Moroccan bath services.
We reserve the right to decline or alter a service if continuing poses a health or safety risk.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the local regulations of the Emirate of Dubai.
